Who can join the program?
Any foodservice operation in a qualifying segment can enroll. Individuals within the operation can be associated with the account, but cannot enroll individually. If you make purchase decisions or are in general management you are qualified to enroll your foodservice operation. Qualifying segments include restaurants, bars, retail, travel and leisure, business and industry, colleges and universities, healthcare, catering, vending, c-stores, deli and military. If you do not know if your operation qualifies, Contact Us and we will help you.

How can I join?
To join the Brand Points PLUS program, simply Click Here. This will bring you to the enrollment page where you will be asked to complete a form with your foodservice operation and contact information.

I wasn't able to finish completing the enrollment form. What should I do?
If you were not able to complete the enrollment form, you will need to start over. Click Here to go to the enrollment form.

I have a new email address. Can I still log in?
Yes. Use the email address that you had used to enroll. Once you have accessed the site, click on "My Account" to update your email address along with any other account information. Click "Update Profile" to save the changes. Going forward, you will be able to use the new email address to login.

Can you mail me a catalog of the rewards?
Brand Points PLUS is an online program. Rewards may be viewed and ordered at any time via the website. Keep in mind that rewards may be added or changed from time to time, so check back often.

When can I begin accumulating Brand Points PLUS points?
Immediately. Points are deposited and placed in a pending status until purchase verification is complete. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for points to be deposited.

For newly enrolled operators: You may submit deposits on purchases made up to 6 months prior to your Brand Points PLUS enrollment date.

For operators with an existing account: All deposits must be made by May 31st for purchases made in the previous calendar year.

How do I submit points from valid purchases?
Once you are logged in, Click Here to go to the "Proof of Purchase" form.

Will my points expire?
Yes. If during a period of 18 months there are accumulated and unused points in your account and no rewards have been redeemed, all accumulated and unused points will expire without value and may not be redeemed.

Are points transferable?
No. Unexpired points will stay active in the original account to which they were deposited.

What should I send to verify purchases?
The simplest and most efficient way to verify purchases is to request a velocity/usage report from your distributor(s). This report should list a summary of your qualifying product purchases for the time period specified (i.e. July 1st through September 31st, 2012). We will also accept copies of individual distributor invoices. Submit a copy of your distributor velocity reports/invoices along with your point submission confirmation page to: Brand Points PLUS P.O. Box 615 Becker, MN 55308.

When should I send purchase verification?
Please submit verification as often as possible to help us maintain your Brand Points PLUS account balance. We strongly suggest submitting verification quarterly or more frequently to keep your account current.

When can I redeem my Brand Points PLUS points for rewards?
You may redeem rewards at any time by clicking the Shop Rewards link throughout the year using your Brand Points PLUS points.

How long does it take to get my rewards?
You can expect to receive your rewards within 4-6 weeks after placing an order.

How do I know how many points have been accumulated?
You may view your account information or call (877) 212-4BPP to check your account balance.

What is the process for placing a Brand Points PLUS order?
You may Click Here to go to the "Rewards Catalog" tab. From there, you can browse the great rewards available and follow the simple process to redeem your reward.

What if the manufacturers' product code numbers do not match the code numbers on the distributor reports or invoices?
Occasionally a distributor will assign a product code number that is different from the manufacturer's code. If there is any question, ask your distributor for verification.
